A Message from Me: Expanding Our Purpose-Driven Partnerships

Over the past few years, I’ve poured my heart into building a business that supports good causes.
As a social enterprise, my aim has always been to offer quality products with purpose - helping people do good, while doing good ourselves.

However, I’ve noticed a steady decline in online sales.  Rather than seeing this as a setback, I’ve taken it as an opportunity to step back and rethink how the business can create the greatest value and impact for the future. 

A Broader, More Purposeful Direction

Rather than focusing solely on the busy online retail space, I’m opening the door to more direct partnerships - with charities, community groups, and companies who want their purchases to make a difference.

This means:

  • Supplying candles directly to charities for their shops and events
  • Creating bespoke products for companies who want to support a chosen cause
  • Offering a more personal, responsive service, with the same commitment to ethical, high-quality products

Earlier this summer, Dancerena Ayr commissioned a bespoke candle order and chose Whiteleys Retreat as the benefiting charity - with 100% of profits donated. I absolutely love this model and would love to do more of it.

People want to purchase with purpose, and I believe this approach will open Kindness & Co to new and meaningful opportunities.
